I googled that -15 is better, I forgot what -9 even did, been using it for years.

Windows 8 was an abomination, I was still using a flip phone and so I was extra grossed out.

This might explain why Manjaro waits so long in between updates for Nvidia. A really old driver didn’t have as many problems until 580.82.90.

I just bought Avowed. Splitegate 2 has been running great on my 3060 but splitegate 2 is also very plain looking. I hope Avowed runs well too

I think the fediverse should advertise it’s self in a simple slogan that can lead the normal user into a more in depth explanation of what, why and how. When I first discovered Lemmy, I didn’t know what the fediverse was, it felt really strange

My school requires the installation of office apps like Microsoft access. I can’t get Microsoft office apps to run with wine.

I also can’t get games from Ubisoft connect to run with wine. I usually try lutris but the games always crash. So I have a virtual windows machine for school work and I have to play all of my games on steam.

Windows 8 is what pushed me to Linux. Linux is better than ever. Proton is just amazing.
