Cute story ! I had a similar one, that didn’t end nearly as good. I like yours better

democracy hahahahahahaha
hahahahhaa…
I dismiss your answer !
If you want your contribution to have any weight at all, you’ll elaborate. As it is, it is just worth dismissing
OP mentioned remodeling cities around public transport, I think that also goes for more rural areas. There’s a solution for every scale : metro, bus, train, shuttle, etc.
They’re redone each time you change a shader nodetree. That’s one of the reasons I don’t use Eevee at all, on my hardware Cycles is responsive like butter… there’s no beating this interactivity
no that’s 4.4. 4.3 released today (well, yestersay)
Eevee was entirely rewritten for 4.2, guess it wasn’t completely bug-free on release. There have been quite a few bug fixes since then, and a new vulkan backend too, you might want to try that
Exactly. These are among my all time favourites but there are other very popular games I just cannot seem to enjoy, so I get the feeling…
do you think he went under ?
It’s uncanny how similar your story is to mine: I once had a friend with a similar tendency to embiggen reality… he started with lightly embroidering his stories, but over the years the fantasy took more and more precedence until you weren’t sure what was left of reality. It happened so gradually none of us knew how to react, should we burst his bubble? somehow it always seemed too harsh a reaction. One day he came to visit and said the most awful lies about our common friends… I never saw him again. Last I heard of him he had wholeheartedly subscribed to fascist ideas such as eugenics, etc. He’s persuaded himself he is the most clever guy to ever live and he’s unfit to live in this world necause nobody understands his genius. He’s early thirties!
You can check the tracker for open issues, see if you’re encountering a known one
A couple seconds does it… I have 56 subscribed channels though, that’s not a lot, perhaps loading times scale with this number
and overestimate the longevity of civilizations
on the minus side, it’s electron and it doesn’t have tabs, but it’s a rather minor inconvenience for me
Well if you’re already into Brel… I can confidently give you Brassens. I consider him to have been the greatest poet. It’s difficult to convey just how beautifully he told mundane things (les copains d’abord, l’orage…), how he made life and death sweet (le testament, la prière…), how he brought the humblest people under the limelight (la complainte des filles de joie, l’auvergnat…), and elevated already beautiful works of poetry (Paul Fort, Victor Hugo) into musical classics (Gastibelza, le petit cheval…).
