Slackware, I think
I host a web server and gemini capsule on mine. I previously hosted a Minecraft server, but moved it over to my desktop recently.
It looks like This one, but I’m not certain.

I recently switched to a mechanical keyboard (with linear switches), and it took me a while to stop mistyping every command


pdftk is fantastic for merging and splitting pdfs (among other things)
I’ve had that problem before, I think I had to mess around with my fstab and grub config to fix it.
Debian because it’s what I picked when I started, and switching sounds annoying
I made :q alias to exit in my shell


Vscode is released under a MIT license and the Continue extension is released under Apache. Neither is copyleft, so the forked codebase doesn’t need to be open source


Fish does this too, it’s super convenient
For the most part, debian has worked well for me (on steam, I haven’t used heroic). I’ve had trouble with nvidia drivers in the past, though.
It’s a stable release distro, so you won’t have the latest drivers and such, but that hasn’t been a big issue for me
