WaveTracker is a free and open source music-making software for Windows. It uses basic wavetable synthesis and sampling to generate sounds, with endless combinations of effects to warp, modify or distort waves and sounds.
It’s just a week old and looks super dope. Wavetracker is inspired by Famitracker and pxTone Collage.

Freaking cool UI
For linux users, you can add it to Steam as a nonsteam game for proton support and add the .NET 8.0 runtime environment using the explorer app in protontricks. It runs great via that method.
Still I hate the trend when something is done by .NET is mostly only for Windows.
This looks great! Can’t wait for a Linux release.
