Only in the “square vs rectangle” sort if way
One problem no one has mentioned, is that it also makes life a lot harder for homeless people. I guess they need to open a bank account and start writing their account number on a cardboard.
And you need a permanent address for a bank account. Unfortunately, that’s a feature of the cashless movement not a bug. Anything to make the lives of people experiencing homelessness harder.
Exactly one pizza place I’ve worked at (pre online ordering) had an adjustable delivery charge based on mileage that went entirely to the driver. However that was a Mom and Pop shop so it doesn’t count for this conversation about corporate pizza.
At most corporate pizza places only a fraction of the delivery charge goes to the driver. My job, for example, charges $4.99 for delivery and gives the drivers $0.60.
Are they charging my family for the bullet?
I can agree to that

People are more helpful if you’re nice to them.
Keep in mind, this was back when Google was still a “don’t be evil” company and it was before the days of surveillance capitalism.
So you were an innovator in surveillance capitalism. I think that might be why the person you replied to said you have questionable ethics. I share this opinion.
Capitalism.
Hunting is needed for wildlife management. We’ve killed most of the natural predators for the animals we have hunting seasons for so we need to fill that niche or those animals won’t have enough food to go around during winter. I can’t speak for the animals, but I would prefer being shot to death rather than starving to death. There’s also the factor of more deer (and other prey animals) crossing roads being more dangerous for everyone involved.
AirBnB landlords are even worse than traditional landlords (although there’s a lot of crossover between the two) because the overly high rates they charge for short-term leases are increasing the prices of long-term leases as well.
Was working during the debate, but caught a few seconds of it here and there while delivering.
Trump looked really tired, like he missed his afternoon bump.
Kamala looked like a fighter in her prime.
Just a shallow perspective from someone who tried to avoid the debate as much as possible.
