China graduates more scientists and engineers than the entire European -including North America- bloc. It would be more surprising if China did not catch up and surpass them.

I’m glad an alternative exist but it will take sometime for it to get established. I’d hazard a guess that RTL support isnt there yet

I can never understand why people would downvote someone sharing a news story.

I’m just glad I lived to see Intel go from the leading semiconductor manufacturer to a joke. Sometimes it seems a dominant entity will forever be, but as always history happens and doesn’t end.

I personally like OnlyOffice, try it, it is FOSS and to me has a nicer UI.

We all knew the CHIPS Act was a scam, but I didn’t expect it to be obvious this fast. I thought they would be more tacit about it.
