RIP, my lemm.ee account.

Your instance is ani.social and “ti-me” (ちめ) can mean bloodshot eyes or fatal error, and might be slang for a pejorative in Japanese or something that sounds close to an actual slur.

Still a stupid reason to censor the English word time on an English community, but that’s the best reason I can think for why it got zapped by a censor bot.

This is how you capitalize on someone else’s mistake. Made me actually laugh.

It reminds me of Apple’s response to Vista’s pricing tiers in 2007.

During the Apple keynote that year they said there was going to be an OS X Basic for $129, an OS X Premium for $129, an OS X Business for $129, and an OS X Ultimate for $129.

Yuck, gross, illegal, pedophilia, etc…

Desbians.

Seeing Teamspeak outlive Discord just keeps making me laugh.

“Tux… I haven’t heard that name in a long time.”

Didn’t know that was built in, thanks. But yeah, I’m trying to convert to HTML so I can have a media player’s play history in a readable format outside of the app.

Do you have a recommendation for converting macOS .plist files to HTML? Trusted service or Mac app.

I miss Shoutcast.

I’m concerned that they had some AI comb their database and it recovered OP’s email address, couldn’t find a matching name, but re-added it to the mailing list none-the-less.

They just changed your username to DELETED?

This would be funny if it wasn’t so concerning.

“Hey, what watch is that?”

“…”

Me: “it’s EnergyStar compliant.”
