Never used an IPhone… don’t miss it
no thanks, I like “risky” browsing. Never liked that Firefox implemented that Google feature.
Privacy is a thing of the past with modern cars, phones, cameras everywhere/facial recognition, NSA, evidence laundering, credit cards, TPMS censors, etc… we need new laws to restore privacy.
I just came about it today… but still, it works in Chrome and not Firefox. I have seen many others in the past though.
It doesn’t matter that much, but I like Arch… it’s a bit of a pain to install if you are new to Linux though. I find it more stable than Manjaro though.
Your decision probably should depend on if you like KDE or Gnome and if you want the latest software or something a bit more stable.
You could also try the live version first before you install it to make sure everything works as intended.
Google, for example, did many demo websites that only worked on chrome in the past… I’ve also seen government website that only worked in Chrome… but unfortunately I don’t keep a list. A company I worked at in the past also had a training website that only worked in Chrome (I’m not revealing this one though…).
Edit: Just stumbled on this website: http://Thai5sushibar.com … not sure if it’s my extensions, but it doesn’t load in Firefox and loads in Chrome. Good rainbow rolls.
If you have websites break without noscript, you visit some really shady websites.
not necessarily shady… probably designed specifically for Chrome.
send me a naked picture of yourself might work
Shotwell is my favorite. But I have to admit that I never heard of this image format
How can a privacy-focused search engine block Tor? You probably should remove those.
Fair point, but I never had a Mac or IPhone on principle. Because I don’t like Apple’s strict policies. I’ve owned a PC since the early 90s.
