I am well aware of how licenses work. That’s why I changed, to make it very clear and a deterrent due to certain parties violating the old license, by not attributing and stripping my copyright. Packagers being collateral damage was a beneficial side-effect, considering they don’t clearly mark their versions as modified (also a GPL requirement), break functionality, and expect upstream to provide support.

I’m playing Wuthering Waves that is a more fair genshin impact and the dev is actively blocking Linux so far, so I’m not switching.
Strangely enough mihoyo themselves are letting linux players alone nowadays, both Genshin and ZZZ work without needing a VM, but they were also hostile against them in the beginning with genshin.

Fair, addictive entertainment, Vanguard was the only anticheat that was able to ban people using dedicated hacking cards on their PCIe slot. I know it’s scary to have something like that on kernel level, but we only reached this place because cheaters are fine letting random hackers run kernel level cheats on their devices just to win.
