Besides mod logs, is there a better way for the Fediverse to keep track of malicious actors, such as Kiwi farms members, Nazi apologists, and genocide deniers?

Prob a comm in the line of [email protected] , but expanded beyond just Tankies/Genocide deniers. Somewhere for people to post collected documentation, screenshots, modlog entries etc. and collaboration

I fear that would rapidly decline into a shitshow as not everyone here is rational or educated in the subjects being discussed. I can easily see this being used abusively
