Disc drive can still run legacy media I suppose
Meanwhile, pirates are still doing the public good, in the name of digital preservation, a lack of physical media be damned.
It’s not like all the existing discs are going to disintegrate when Sony stops making new ones.
Unfortunately some games are exclusive to some consoles. Ghost of Yotei was a great game. I’m glad I have a PS5 for it, but it’s sad I won’t be able to play their next installment.
Some of us don’t even get to play Yotei since Sony decided they’re going to speedrun being a bunch of twats.

Very fair. I’m not a Soulslike player by any real capacity, but I really feel for the Bloodborne fans who’ve been patiently waiting all this time and had their faithfulness spat back in their faces.
Bloodborne is the reason I don’t buy Sony products. I’ve beaten every other FromSoft game except for Kings Field, I would 100% preorder a Bloodborne remaster at full price on Steam. I simply will not be buying a Playstation.
