I was raised in an abusive home, and Star Trek TNG was one of my few escapes. I remember wanting to be like Captain Picard when I grew up. Confident, kind, direct, capable, and loving.

The vile ones are the invaders bringing death to innocent people worldwide. The rat piss found in a garbage bin is worth more than the blood of those unrepentant killers. And the country is in the same moral septic tank. The gall of monsters dead inside pointing fingers to others denouncing their violence.
