Welcome to Lemmy Reddit pirates, you should have come earlier.
Any Skullcandy headphones. Shit quality. They just break
Any AmazFit smartwatches. They look okay and have good battery life (for smartwatches). They’re shit in every other way.
That’s interesting, I’ve always had a very good experience with Anker.
Autocorrect on smartphones. Arguably, smartphone keyboards in general. The old iPhone keyboard was second to none in my opinion, but it feels like they’ve all got worse.
I’m not impressed. Come back when you reach triple digits!!

My current Amazfit smartwatch. The only good thing about it is the long battery life.
It’s a piece of crap otherwise. Requires the data harvesting app to always be running in the background or it loses connection to my phone. It’s slow, has ugly watch faces and the custom ones are awkward to install. I can’t get it to work with Gadgetbridge. The always on display is so dim that it’s useless. Pinging my phone doesn’t work.
I don’t know why I let the Internet convince me that spending £120 on this thing was a good idea. I’m going Casio or something next time around.
Invited her to my house when my family were away for a week.
We watched TV and ordered some pizza.
She was cuddling into me and laying across my lap.
I still decided not to make my move and kiss her.
We stopped talking just a few weeks later.
I blew my chance.
And still survived. Legend
Enlisted (the video game). I enjoyed the discussions on the subreddit. It’s already got a small community, so it’s no surprise that it’s nonexistent on Lemmy.
I’m not no. I’d give my buddies a hug if I haven’t seen them in a while, but that’s really it. I think it should be more socially acceptable but I don’t personally feel like anything is missing from my own relationship with them. It’s fine for me how it is.
I like the new UI more in terms of actual visuals, but it unfortunately has come with more ads and more general bullshit. I just use aurora store if I need something from the play store now!
Not if you want to use the steam workshop without buying the DLC.
Using AI to fuck the megacorps would be amazing. Using their own tools against them.
Transformers for me was pretty much Megan Fox and nothing else.
I think I am. I try not to be mean or insensitive, and I try to only say good things about people. But I sometimes worry if I come across as trying too hard. And sometimes I think my blunt, cynical sense of humour doesn’t really land.
That’s exactly what I’m doing right now, using both interchangeably. It works very well!
I’m also a Linux newbie who just installed Mint. Initially I just put it onto a flash drive for a taster. I liked it so much that I decided to allocate some disk space to dual boot it with Windows 11.
I haven’t committed to it fully for the moment, but I can definitely see me drop Windows for it at some point.
It’s awesome. So customisable and free of bullshit like W11 has. It also has a clean, modern UI that I’m a big fan of.
I think I’m going to continue using Windows for gaming right now, and Linux for everything else.
You don’t have to be 100% dedicated to privacy.
I implement measures to protect my privacy when I can, but sometimes I forego it for convenience or access to something I need.
For example, I refused to give OpenAI my phone number to use ChatGPT. But I have a WhatsApp account. Better Meta having my phone number than both Meta and OpenAI.
