Thanks for that. Looks like I’ll be keeping an eye out for replacements just in case.

Got any links to the bitwarden drama? I missed it.
Miru that uses torrents vs. the other Miru.
Thought I’d add this for anyone curious. Been using the Miru with torrents and loving it. It’s even better if you use it with an AniList account to keep track of what you’re watching.
Neither is sway. If I understand correctly they’re both WMs, unless you meant something else.
I’m pretty sure Adguard is more than just a browser extension. They have an app for many different OSs, which I think makes setting up their DNS ad blocking on your devices easier and simpler. There’s also Adguard Home, which is similar to pi-hole, if you want to self host a DNS ad blocker.
They also offer a VPN.
So you aren’t paying just for a browser extension necessarily.
Glad to hear it.
Yeah Mint was great when I first got curious and that hasn’t changed. Ubuntu always has little issues and random error reporting dialogues and shit. Never had that issue with Mint. Mint also doesn’t force Snaps on you and gives you a more traditional interface. It just seems better for beginners.
These days I feel like Ubuntu should be tried after you have some more experience with troubleshooting and fixing things with Mint.
Pretty sure it’s --no-preserve-root or something similar.
I don’t have an Android TV so no idea. But I’d love it if that did work.
Freetube does have SponsorBlock and DeArrow integration as well.
Unofficially on Android too.
Honestly, I’ve seen it compared to the mythical Greek hydra. Every time a site is taken down it is replaced by multiple clones. This has happened with many sites and pirate groups and everything else.
As long as there are pirates, it won’t be stopped.
Sorry, I wasn’t checking them. Just found them under my subscriptions and shared.
Thanks for checking them out though.
Some more options for those looking.
Windows 11 LTSC was also released recently for anyone that has to use 11.
That sucks. But I think this is specifically about their open source licensing.
