I think a start would be to tell us which version of which distro you are using. Also, are you talking about LAN or WIFI?

I’m not that familiar with newer ThinkPads as I only ever used a L540 and a T420, but can’t you just replace the trackpad or keyboard if it breaks?
I did try both and I do, in fact have the same problem xd

21·10 个月前kinda sad that users can’t (afaik) enable global keyligging for all applications. I totally understand why it’s a bad idea, but it’s just so much simpler to work with.

I might be wrong but - can’t you just normally install another OS on Intel Macbooks?
I use a cheap hdmi splitter and a cheap usb capture stick and it works very well, although I don’t use anything more than 1080p60. No idea how to get Elgato hardware working, though. They don’t seem to have great Linux support.
