5 days agoMy best advice would be to go in somewhere supportive and safe and get fitted properly, you can cause a lot of damage to your feet and ankles.
Also, start off with a low height and work your way up ☺️

Facebook is an absolute cesspool of hatred and plain idiocy. I jumped back on there the other day to have a quick look around, within 10 minutes I swear I could feel my own mental health declining
