It’ll be a game I’ll always remember fondly. I still think of that ending to this day, one of the best.
I’ve only played 2 and I feel the same way about it. I wish more games did this approach of using an open world as a setting for a linear game to perform.
You get the best of both worlds with this approach. The feeling of the world being more real and lived in, whilst having the tightness of the storytelling of a linear game.
I’ve always defended how mafia 2 did it and never understood why people wanted it to be more open world. The story had me gripped too much to even think about that stuff.
I always find it weird in some open world games where something in the story is described as being a race against time or so important it needs to get done now, but as the player you can just forget that for a bit and go do something else before continuing. Even just the ability to do that takes me out of it.
I’ve read the Hobbit and the fellowship a few years ago. I absolutely adored the Hobbit, genuinely think that is an awesomely written book. Fellowship however, is not a fun read, despite the content in the book actually being good. But the act of reading it is not.

Yeah you get different levels of rewards the more you do it but it’s just stuff like fancy looking member cards, medals and pins
To me it’s just a truncated “yeah”, that’s how I’ve always seen it
That doesn’t rhyme though. Maybe “yea and neh” would be better? :p
I’ve made a Christmas dinner pizza with a stuffing and gravy stuffed crust. Just have fun with the food you eat. Why be boring and keep things “authentic”?
I wish it did have a browser and social media. I love the look and style of some of these minimalist phones. But I do wish they made those sort of choices, choices the consumer can make. I just want a good eink phone, that’s it. I don’t need it to be a mostly dumb phone too
Time.
Do other things and in time you will be over it.
Lift with your legs
Brush your teeth
Eat healthily
Exercise regularly
Wear ear plugs at concerts
I wish we got modern crts I’d buy one in a heartbeat. It’s so hard to find a good one now that isn’t either shit or just battered to hell and back
Could they not hash the contents of the game’s folders and send that back to the server to confirm it’s not been tampered with?
I use a lot of Google products. I still rate their phones as the best, recently I use a Jelly Star instead purely because i was due a new phone from my pixel 3 but every current phone from Google and it’s competitors that fit my needs are way too big.
I stopped using Google search because in the last few months I’ve started realising it’s harder to find stuff that i want/need, so i now use ddg, which isn’t better than old Google but better than current.
Outside of those though I still use my Google account as my main federated account. Still use gmail (wish inbox was still around for it though), still use chrome, and drive is my cloud storage of choice. On top of that I have 3 Google nest minis and a Chromecast with Google tv.
I may be drifting away slowly but Google still has is teeth in me and at the moment where I’m being bitten I’m fine with it. Doesn’t hurt at all
Windows open at night. Curtains or blinds shut during the day.
Please don’t be one of them Devs that does everything on discord. It’s awful for knowledge. You’ll just get people asking the same questions because you don’t have an FAQ or a wiki, or even a forum elsewhere that’s easily searchable.
I mean I also completely overlooked that you wrote “Chromium” in your comment too, with my brain just translating that to just “chrome” it seems.
Didn’t actually now there was a chromium version to be honest but i imagine it’s very similar to standard Chrome but with less Google
