Sounds like you need replacement skates:

Must be on the ballot in enough states to win the election.
That’s going to automatically cut out 95% of them.
Must be polling at least 3% in 3 statewide or national polls.
That will leave you with:
Harris
Trump
Stein
Oliver
Debates aren’t about “giving everyone a voice”, if you can’t become a viable candidate without a debate, the debates can’t help you.
Hasn’t AMD been making Playstation stuff for some time? Looks like since the PS4:

Even if you need one immediately and can’t wait on Amazon, it’s back to school season. They are plentiful everywhere. Target, Walmart, Kroger, Staples, Office Depot, etc. etc. etc.
I just did this for the motherboard on my desktop PC (thanks Intel and your CPU update!) and it requires a clean boot device of some kind to boot into UEFI. It has nothing to do with the OS of the device.
In my case, yeah, I did it from a thumb drive, but I could see making a boot CD that has the bios files on it as well.
OTOH if you have the capability of burning and booting a boot CD it’s probably way easier to just use a thumb drive.
One thing I’ll note, on my motherboard, only using the keyboard to navigate the UEFI menu failed to update. :( I had to connect a physical mouse to run the menus.

Imminent danger. Call the cops.
Sounds like Patreon with extra steps…
I hit them up in our internal chat! Thanks for the heads up!
“from unregistered telemarketers” so all the registered ones are A-OK!
First started using Macs with OS7 and I find the whole Mac vs. Windows arguments silly. Windows 386, 3.1, and 3.11 were garbage, yes, but all that changed with Windows 95 and it instantly went head and shoulders above MacOS.
OSX didn’t come about until 2001. So Windows had the edge for 6 years. To give you some idea, the initial G3 iMacs that came out in 1998 were still running OS8.
The big problem with using a Mac back then is that Steve Jobs had his own ideas about the way things should work and the lack of compatability with other industry standards was a problem.
Example: Getting my Palm Pilot to sync with my iMac was a NIGHTMARE. I worked with Palm support for several weeks and we finally got it working, if the dock was connected to the iMac directly. The USB ports on the keyboard didn’t carry enough voltage to operate properly.
Windows machine? No problem… until Windows 98, when Microsoft decided to prioritize Windows CE devices and intentionally broke Palm functionality. That was fun! Took a while to get the driver updates to fix that one!
Searching the Apple app store for “lemmy” only turned up these.
Given the performance, that does not surprise me!
App does say it was last updated 7 months ago, but I see comments saying it’s abandoned.
Weird, I use Boost all the time. Did you turn on 2FA or something? Maybe try removing and re-adding your account?
Noted! I wasn’t really testing configurations, just “out of the box” functionality.
@[email protected] iOS testing, not sure how you score these so I just listed out the broken stuff.
Arctic - Link opens in App. Headings fail, images fail, everything else looks fine.
Avelon - Link opens in browser, not app. Manually went to test post. Bold+Italic fails (Italic works, not Bold). Table fails. Horizontal Rule fails. Spoiler fails. Everything else looks good.
Bean - Last updated 7 months ago, comments on the app say it’s abandoned. Link opens in browser, not app. Manually went to test post. Text formatting block fails so hard, it’s not even visible(!) Heading fails. Code Block fails, Inline Code fails. Links and Image work, but not inline, only at the bottom of the post. Table fails. Horizontal rule fails.
CheeseBot - Did not test. $2.99, no free version.
Lemmios - Link opens in app. Everything looks and works great EXCEPT Spoilers.
Mlem - Link opens in browser, not app. Manually went to test post. As with Lemmios, everything looks and works great EXCEPT spoilers.
Remmel - Instant fail. No development in 2 years, unable to even add an instance or an account. Non-starter.
Thunder - Hard to test. Lots of lag for some reason. Link opens in browser, not app. Manually went to test post. That being said, EVERYTHING worked. The lag may have been because I had just linked my account. Testing everything above, then coming back to Thunder, I found it fast and responsive.
Voyager - Link opens in app. EVERYTHING worked. No notes.
So, ranking them:
Voyager - EVERYTHING worked. No notes.
Thunder - Everything worked, but laggy to start with when using a year old account with lots of data. Once it caught up, everything was fine. Would probably be great with a new account.
Lemmios - Link opens in app by default. Spoilers don’t work.
Mlem - Link opens in browser by default but is user configurable. Spoilers don’t work.
Arctic - A few minor failures.
Avelon - A few more failures than Arctic.
Bean - Hey, it works better than Remmel. Probably abandoned.
Remmel - Instant fail.
CheeseBot - Did not test. $2.99, no free version.
On it. I found 8 apps in the App store. I’ll PM you.
Arctic, Avelon, Bean, Lemmios, Mlem, Remmel, Thunder, Voyager.
There’s a 9th, CheeseBot, but it’s $2.99 and all the others are free.
Bonus if it drops the poop in the offending owners yard!
