A lot of department stores will have a big and tall section shoved in a corner somewhere, but I usually have to order my actual size online after trying on the regular sizes.
It would be nice if RTFM was always an option, but a lot of the time the documentation is woefully incomplete.
They actually care a lot about illicit drug use because it’s very relevant to your health. For instance, if you’re on amphetamines and your doctor doesn’t know it, anesthesia can kill you.
They’re not going to snitch on you, though.
That’s just for the right lens, too.
Sharing isn’t the issue. The emulator was profiting from it.
If I copied your house key and sold it, would that be alright?
For the record, I support emulation, but I don’t lie to myself that it’s morally defensible.
The key wasn’t used in a book or in the hex values for a flag. That’s like saying the formula for Coke can’t be proprietary because it could be put in a book.
Software can absolutely be proprietary, and that key is part of the software.
The emulator they shut down was being sold for a profit. They haven’t gone after Dolphin, which is free.
They’re not bogus. The emulator that shut down were selling a product using a proprietary encryption key owned by Nintendo.
That’s why Dolphin still exists.
Emulation is perfectly legal if you own the game.
That’s why you should scan every torrent download before opening the files.
Get a bucket, gloves, and laundry detergent and hand wash them. They’re not thick fabric, so you probably just need to let them soak for a bit then rinse.
If you wash them right after wearing them, it’s going to make it a lot less if a hassle.
Another option is to get a bunch of fabric glasses/sex toy pouches and use them as delicate bags.
Nvidia Shield and FireTV cubes are a decent replacement.
But yeah, you’re going to have input lag with those options. It might not be noticeable with something like Civ, but for stuff like Elden Ring or other games where timing is important it can cause issues.
Yup. My gaming rig lives next to our TV
Yeah, when you have the VPN running all of your external traffic should go through it. It starts to get complicated when you only want a specific container/user to use/bypass the VPN.
That’s not how dishwashers work.
Your easiest solution is to just not connect it to your network.
If you want to really lock it out, depending on your router you can use the firewall to drop any packets to and from the device’s IP.
So you can get an alert when the dishes are done.
Not justifying the feature itself, but there is a purpose.
Exactly. You have no expectation of privacy on a system that isn’t yours. I can’t imagine a school district not informing parents about it before issuing the device.
That’s only because that light has been running non-stop, and at very low power. It’s the on/off cycles that kills the filament.
Plus, the whole “they used to make stuff to last” thing is just survivorship bias. They absolutely made garbage products in the past, but those didn’t survive.
Plus, most things like appliances were major purchases. People today don’t want to/can’t drop the equivalent of $400 on a toaster or $3k on a washing machine.
