BIB is nearly impossible to get in, it’s not worth your time.

What economic reality? Most of their income comes from sponsorship deals and Patreon subscriptions anyway. YouTube ad revenue is so unreliable that pretty much no content creator I follow considers it a primary way to make money. How could uploading your videos to other platforms in addition to YouTube have a negative impact on that?
Why should PeerTube bother with that though? We all know YouTubers won’t switch to it, infact, YouTubers will not use another platform ever.
They could just upload their videos to multiple places, but they don’t. I think it’s clear that the vast majority doesn’t actually care about it. So what is the point of trying to appeal to them? They may as well priroritize their existing userbase, who are fedi hobbyists.
In my experience most entry level private trackers allow using VPNs. I don’t know about anonymous mode, I have never heard about it before.

It searches through libgens, z-library and has it’s own mirrors of the files they serve on top of that. I think it was created as a response to Z-Library’s domain getting seized but I could be wrong.

Last I checked BIB wanted torrent master on RED for recruitment. Nobody’s gonna bother with that for one comic volume. And nobody’s gonna risk their account inviting OP so you can forget about that too.
