The guy who grabs crap from his toenails and eats it while a speaker in front of a full room is not concerned with public opinion. I’m forever thankful for his legacy on FSF and GNU, but the guy is truly special in all senses of the word. But socially apt he’s not - honest to a fault is more likely.
